Hello and welcome to our July newsletter which includes a sneak peek of a big, exciting project we are currently working on as well as our brand new blog post about what happens after the demolition process once the clean up begins.

Construction is one of the industries that produces huge amounts of rubbish: from scrap wood, tiles, metals, glass, plastic, and other materials like dirt and mud, and so on. A building site can soon become a huge mess as the rubbish piles up. Site clean-up is one of the things that is often put at the back burner. We are currently working on a big, exciting project in Darlinghurst, involving the refurbishment and extension of a heritage three storey church into a boutique commercial building. Our scope includes:

DEMOLITION - Internal area of lower ground floor for the creation of the new openings of the building.
EXCAVATION (bulk & detailed) - Multi-stage excavation in sandstone for a proposed basement and 2x lift pits.
PILING & SHORING - Multi stage contiguous piling. Plus, underpinning the existing buildings footings (ensuring to not undermine the existing heritage building).
CIVIL WORKS - Demolition of council footpath, kerb, driveway, and reinstated to council requirements.

Take a look at some pictures below & watch this space for more as we complete the final stages of the project.
