How is it mid-October already? Our year so far has been non-stop and we hope you've had a good one too. If you want to renovate or even completely rebuild your house (or another building) then you will need to call in demolition contractors. The team will be able to help you with anything from a bathroom strip to completely knocking your house down.

Different kinds of jobs will require different teams as they will need separate tools and skills. After all, taking down drywall in an office is a bit different to ripping up the floorboards or smashing through the wall completely!

WHAT PERMITS & APPROVAL DO I NEED?
It is important to make sure you have all relevant permits and approvals before starting your project, otherwise council fines and penalties may apply. We can help you determine whether you need a Development Application (DA) and what other regulations you need to consider. Your local council will also have information on how to seek approvals for your project.
