This single storey, three bedroom brick house was positioned five metres above street level on a steep, sandy site. Access and work was therefore somewhat tricky. We carried out a full demolition of the property, including the removal of bonded asbestos sheeting and contaminated material from internal and external areas. We then excavated to required levels for the new residential building.
