This project took place over 8 weeks and involved the demolition of the existing ground floor slabs and walls and then excavation through sandstone down to the existing basement level to make space for a new cinema room and wine cellar. Our 5-tonne excavator was used and all excavated material was removed with a PT50 Posi through the existing basement garage.
