Burran Avenue, Mosman

This project included a complete demolition and site clearing of an existing single storey dwelling which involved:

 

• Demolish existing dwelling, paths, shed and landscape.
• Strip-out of internal fixtures and fittings, and clear site of all general light weight waste. 
• Demolish and remove all existing landscape retaining walls, garden hobs, and stairs. 
• Demolition and removal of in-ground concrete swimming pool, including pool coping 7 paths, pool fencing and pump shed.
