This was a three storey, four bedroom brick house with tiled roof, timber floors, a swimming pool to the rear and a four car garage. It was situated on a fairly steep slope and contained asbestos. We demolished all structures, including the pool and installed piling along the boundaries to retain the neighbouring properties. We then installed large metal beams to support the piles. The earthworks that we carried out on site consisted of approximately 700m3 of sand and the same quantity in rock.
