We can't quite believe it but it's true! How time flies!

2017 sees DIG IT CIVIL celebrate 10 years of business. That is 10 whole years of serving the Sydney community with its various demolition and excavation needs.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all of our customers that we’ve had the pleasure of working with during this time, all of whom without, we would not be the flourishing business that we are today – well on our way to being the first choice for small to large civil excavation and demolition projects in Sydney and the surrounding areas.

When the company was established in 2007 by Scott Remond with a single excavator, tipper truck and just two employees to service the Eastern Suburbs, we were of course aiming high, but did not foresee that in just 10 years we would be employing over 30 staff members, have an extensive fleet of specialist machinery and have worked on over 2000 projects/sites.

In addition, over the years our reach has widened and our services now extend well beyond the Eastern Suburbs, encapsulating the wider Sydney metropolitan and Central Coast regions.

Scott’s keen interest and involvement in earthmoving stemmed from his earlier experience working as a lead hand on a rural property in north¬ western New South Wales. Scott’s upbringing and strong family ties have shaped the core values of DIG IT, which include:

It is from the honest, reliable and quality work ethic demonstrated by Scott and the team that has earned DIG IT its highly respected and sought ¬after reputation in Sydney's Construction Industry and which has kept us strong and allowed us to expand over the past 10 years.

The focus for DIG IT is now on the next 10 years – with a vision and plan to grow the business even more. However, for the time being, we are looking forward to just enjoying this moment. Taking the time to absorb and reflect on our achievements so far and celebrating this significant milestone with you, our customers.
